Substitutions, Refunds, and Cancellations:
Substitutions, refunds and cancellations: Substitutions are welcome at any time. All requests for refunds or cancellations must be received in writing. A full refund less a $375 administration fee will be issued if the request is received before March 18, 2012. No refunds will be granted after that date. Every registration will be verified.
Payment Information:
Online registrations require a credit card for payment. VISA, MasterCard or American Express payments are accepted when registering online. The charge will appear as Access Intelligence on your credit card statement.
Materials Fee:
A $35 materials fee will be applied for each registration for all conference materials to be distributed on-site at the Event Design Summit.
